Present your home professionally, similar to a full-service listing agent:

1. List your Home in the Triangle Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for a period of 6 months.*
   • Advertise your home the same way full-service listing real estate agents do.
   • PLUS, we will create a complete multi-page custom website for your home! Imagine how prospective buyers will appreciate a WEBPAGE FOR YOUR HOME where they can view pictures, a virtual tour, information on area schools, and more!
     
2. Include 10 full-color photos of your home – digital pictures supplied by you. Professional pictures are an optional upgrade service that we provide.
   
3. Feed your listing to Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, FrontDoor and hundreds of the industry’s busiest sites including all the major real estate company websites with home search tools that are linked to the MLS (IDX).
   
4. Place a visually appealing professional For Sale Sign w/Post and install a professional-grade lock box on your door.
   • Display a professional For Sale sign on a 4-6’ white post (city ordinances dictate size).  
   • Provide access to buyer’s agents with a professional realtor’s lock box.
     
5. Set up the Showing Service and Customer Feedback System
   • Make your home easier for buyer’s agents to show with Centralized Showing Service (CSS). Agents call CSS to make appointments with instructions provided in advance by you. CSS will call you to confirm each appointment so you maintain control of when your home shows.  CSS makes your listing easier to show resulting in more showings.
   • Get showing feedback from buyer’s agents all managed by CSS’s automatic feedback request system. Learn what clients thought of your home and if they are considering making an offer. All information is stored on the CSS website under your listing for easy access and review.
     
6. Provide all North Carolina Real Estate Contract Forms necessary to sell your home. 
    
7. Advertise and promote your home on Craigslist
   • We will frequently post updates to Craigslist will increase website traffic and interest in your home.

1. Professional photography: Up to 20 professional wide-angle photos of your home for use on MLS and your custom website - $65
   • Professional presentation makes a difference. Help create an emotional connection with expert images of the living spaces in your home. 
      
2. Extend your listing period by 6 months - $95
   • Extension must be requested at least one week prior to listing expiration date. 
      
3. FROM CONTRACT TO CLOSING: Enlist the help of a professional real estate agent on our team with the “From Contract to Closing” service. For a fee of 1% of the sales price, we will help you negotiate the contract and repairs, oversee the inspection and repairs, assist with contractors, handle all communication with the buyer’s agent, and schedule and coordinate with the closing attorney and buyer’s loan officer to ensure a timely and smooth transaction.
